A number of people on Facebook’s ad team seem pretty convinced that they’ll be gone shortly although Facebook’s comms centre are not confirming anything jusy yet. A Business article from yesterday quoted a Microsoft employee who said that they might be “adjusting or changing” (losing) their ad inventory! Lets see if Facebook finally do get rid of the advertisements or not.

Facebook have decided to roll out a new help centre. The new
features are (1) a new search interface so users will find it easier to navigate to their problem more quickly, (2)filters on the left hand side have been added to help you navigate more quickly, (3)Separate user-to-user support navigation, for both those who simply want answers from other users, as well as those who want to answer other people’s questions. And finally,(4) unique web addresses (urls) for each FAQ so you can help your friends out too with similar problems.
